We’ve been busy at work! As well as releasing guides for the new API today we would also like to introduce our new project. We have been working on a joint venture with expw consulting that integrates Google Wave with Sugar CRM. The project aims to bridge the gap between a companies support team and their customers using Wave. It makes extensive use of the new robot API, gadget API and embed API.
